Marketing And Social Media Intern

Are you passionate about craft beverage? Are you looking for a part-time role in a hybrid work engvironment? Awestruck Ciders is looking for an excellent candidate to learn and assist in all aspects of engaging with our community of fans via social media.

Tasks will include:

• Responding to all comments on our social media posts in a human, caring way.
• Communicating with all department heads via phone calls, texts, and emails
• Creating a social media calendar for Instagram and Facebook
• Composing and sending press releases about new products and company updates
• Working with influencers and bloggers to grow Awestruck's online presence
• Creating and scheduling on-brand posts and stories
• Monitoring and updating our Google Maps pages

Interested candidates must:

• Be willing and able to work at least 30 minutes per day, every day, including weekends to respond to messages
• Comfortable working on a remote team with remote management.
• Be 21+
• Be extremely empathetic and passionate about five-star customer service. You'll be expected to engage in a human way with every single comment.
• Be well written. We are a premium cider brand and grammatical or spelling errors reflect poorly on the whole brand.
• Be detail oriented. Our photos and captions are composed with precision.
• Help your teammates. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link. Are you able to help your colleagues reach their full potential, right alongside you?
• Be flexible and positive. Be willing to work in any role as needed when needed. All with a smile on your face.
• Studies in Communications, Photography, or Graphic Design a plus.
• Video editing expeirence a plus.
• Experience managing a business social media account a plus.

This internship role has the potential to evolve into more - our Head of Operations and Head of Production started as interns at Awestruck!

This position may be conducted in a hybrid remote/in-person role.

Salary commensurate with experience.
