Social Media Marketing Intern

Description: HousingPanda is a VC-Backed Startup that is rapidly expanding our marketing efforts. We are making a strong marketing push in 2024, and are looking for people interested in the fast-paced startup environment. This position is eligible for vesting of stock. HousingPanda is looking for an excellent content marketing manager to join our team! As a marketing manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness on our Social Media profiles, managing creatives and using data to analyze and summarize the performance of different marketing strategies. This position would have you working closely with the founders of HousingPanda. Our hiring philosophy emphasizes excellence, work-ethic and passion over a thick resume.

Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve user growth and drive brand awareness with our marketing team.

- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and create unity across disparate marketing campaigns and strategies.

- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities for growth.

- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies.

- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and projects within budget and timeline constraints.

- Provide regular updates and reports on marketing performance to founders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a Related Field

- Internship Experience in Marketing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Creative thinker with an eye for design

- Interested in working in the variable and fast-paced environment of a startup.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
