Summary

The Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and deploying marketing content for a variety of email campaigns in support of Tulane’s Graduate Schools. This position will also assist in the strategy, development, and implementation of other strategic graduate recruitment marketing initiatives as required. The Communications Specialist will work collaboratively with admitting offices to develop effective marketing content, and execute digital ad campaigns. This position will work closely with the Graduate marketing team to monitor the performance of Marketing and Communications campaigns, and identify opportunities for optimizations and improvement, with the goal of increasing graduate program enrollment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, writing, digital media, or related field
• 2 years of experience in communications
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating web content through CMS
• Experience with web/social monitoring tools
• Experience with digital Marketing and online advertising platforms
• Experience with project management tools
• Experience in higher education or public sector
