The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience in the areas of Strategic Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Consulting in a digital environment or a related field. Marketing Analytics Manager Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $55-$75/hr (Pay varies based on candidate's location and experience)
- Worksite: Leading podcast and audiobook company (Newark, NJ 07102 or Los Angeles, CA 90232 - Hybrid)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 8 Month Assignment
Marketing Analytics Manager Responsibilities:
- Illustrate key business trends and drivers through effective problem framing, data analysis, interpretation and visualization.
- Create well-designed management scorecards and dashboards that ensure accurate and robust reporting across key business/project/initiative metrics.
- Deliver impactful analysis based on robust economic, financial, and statistical analysis.
- Estimate the impact of different scenarios using robust analytical/financial models.
- Develop and validate methods to optimize the Who, When, Where and How of all our interactions with customers, and demonstrate a good command of data science techniques that can be drawn upon in that context.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of all relevant data sources, business intelligence technologies and analytical tools – know to leverage all of our assets to answer senior executive questions fast.
- Develop compelling presentations and documents - and communicate them with impact and intuition.
- Proactively communicate factors affecting deliverables to senior management.
- Explain assumptions and quantitative methodologies to colleagues in their and other teams.
- Conduct geotesting, A/B test to match campaigns.
- Run different scenarios for budget allocations.
