Marketing Account Manager
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Exempt, Benefits Eligible
COMPENSATION: $60,000+ per year (Dependent on experience)
TEAM: Redstone Residential is a national student and conventional housing operator, headquartered in Provo, Utah. Group8 Marketing is the 3rd party marketing agency run by the Redstone Residential Marketing team. This position is hiring for the marketing agency side of our business, but the new hire will be an employee of Redstone Residential.

SUMMARY:
- The Marketing Account Manager at Redstone Residential will be responsible for cultivating strong client relationships, understanding their business objectives, and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve measurable results. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management, and excellent communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering positive relationships and understanding their unique business needs.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss marketing strategies, performance metrics, and upcoming initiatives.
- Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with their business goals.
- Utilize market research and industry insights to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Project Management
- Coordinate and manage the execution of various marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and digital marketing, to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare regular reports for clients, showcasing the impact of marketing initiatives and suggesting improvements.
- Budget Management
- Oversee the budget for assigned accounts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Provide clients with transparent financial reporting and recommendations for budget adjustments as needed.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends
- Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. (Preferred)
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in a marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media marketing, Pay-Per-Click advertising, and content marketing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and software: ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Moz, etc.
