About the Role:
As the Learning & Development Intern, you will provide administrative and operational support of the L&D programs and projects which enable the continuous growth and development of CrowdStrike's employees and to meet the scalability needs of the global business. This remote position will report to the Senior Manager, Talent & Learning, on the Learning & Development team within Global HR.
You will be responsible for communicating with participants and internal key partners to ensure a seamless and frictionless learning experience for our employees. This role requires a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. This position requires a creative problem-solver, able to pivot and change direction confidently to meet the needs of the business, and deliver strong project
What You'll Do:
The Learning and Development Intern will support all L&D efforts including: scheduling training, tracking participation, following up with employees and managers, and assisting in the creation of content.
In this role, the intern will learn about corporate training and how it supports employee performance, and impact to the organization. The following duties and responsibilities may be updated from time to time, depending on business needs:
- Maintain L&D course lists and calendar
- Support the Learning and Development team with administrative tasks relating to tracking attendance and scheduling new courses
- Assist in driving engagement including survey administration, reporting, and analysis
- Build and update Internal learning program L&D Intranet pages
- Oversee and organize online shared document repositories and folders (I.e. Box, Google Drive)
- Assist in researching material and other content for L&D courses
- Help draft presentations, including basic editing, formatting, and proofreading
- Act professionally, friendly and helpful to all employees, key stakeholders, and learners
- Attend all meetings on time or communicate any needs to change schedule in advance
- Communicate with timeliness, detail, and reliability; owning responsibilities and not requiring reminders or frequent direction from managers
- Manage your time effectively so that you're maintaining a 40 hour work week with the appropriate meal and rest breaks, no meal penalties, and only pre-approved Overtime
- Proactively find ways to add value and efficiency to the organization
- Follow up on any action items and completes tasks at hand
What You'll Need:
- Actively seeking a Bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Communications, or Business Administration
- Graduating between December 2025 and June 2026
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite (Pages, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment with a can-do attitude and willingness to pivot directions
- Work with a virtual team across multiple time zones with co-workers, key stakeholders, and employees
- Demonstrate drive and self-motivation to work In an Independently remote role
Bonus Points:
- Strong proficiency with graphic design tools (i.e. Adobe Photoshop) or video production software (i.e. iMovie, FinalCut Pro)
- Previous work experience in a customer-facing / service-oriented job
- Past leadership experience as an officer or leader of a student organization
