Your Mission:
As a Member Success Specialist, your mission is to support and retain members by:
- Providing resources to aid members in making progress and achieving results.
- Encouraging members to persevere, preventing cancellations, and handling cancel requests effectively.
- Assisting members in utilizing our platform and resources to identify qualifying properties for loan applications.
- Communicating the benefits of our software and products effectively.
- Upselling and downscaling to different membership programs to retain members.

Experience and Technical Skills Required:
