Who We are Looking for:
As an Account Manager you will work directly with the Sales Representative, Clients, and
various internal departments to help develop oversee programs and manage sales
opportunities. Account Managers are responsible for activities prior to a sales order or official
commitment from the Client.
Job Duties
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively managing expectations and maintaining open communication with clients, providing regular updates on timelines, deliverables, and addressing any inquiries as a primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Operations, Design, Marketing, Procurement, and Customer Service to align sales initiatives with overall business strategy. Foster clear communication and alignment of goals among team members.
- Lead track programs from initiation to completion, ensuring all tasks are executed on time. Take ownership of project timelines and milestones, driving towards successful project completion.
- Implement account plans for key clients, defining sales objectives, strategies, and action plans. Work closely with sales representatives to execute strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact programs or client accounts, and develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success. Implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions and address issues as they arise.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights, achievements, and areas for improvement when necessary.
- Demonstrated skills in Account or Project Management.
- Strong analytical capabilities Proficient problem-solving skills.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent time management skills.

- Team player that creates strong working relationships across departments.
- 1-2 years of experience in Account or Project Management.
- Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience in Asana preferred but not required.
- Experience in Sage 100 preferred but not required.
