Job Title: General Laborer

Reporting to: Leaders

Responsible for: Following all Assignments given by your Area Leader.

Daily Activity

• Practice good Attendance –
• Clock In and Out each day on time.
• Be at work every day.
• Sign into and close out of your job with accurate numbers and information.
• Be Customer/Quality conscious.
• Understand and Follow Standard Work
• Keep your work area Clean and Organized
• Work Safe and Report any accidents immediately.
• Practice correct lifting Practices or the Buddy system.
• Take the Initiative to:
• Communicate all concerns and issues with ideas for resolution.
• Maintain a good working attitude with respect to those around you.
• Work with the Goal of being 100% Productive.

Perform other duties as requested by Management

Requirements and Qualifications-

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment promoting company ideals
• Frequent computer/report work
• Computer Literate
• Bend, Kneel and Lift 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
