Compensation
The base salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 plus a discreationay bonus. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
About the Role:
What you will do:
- Manage a small team of junior analysts supporting the senior marketing and sales team
- Collaborate to craft compelling materials (pitchbooks, annual meeting materials, due diligence questionnaires, etc.), making revisions guided by insights
- Apply critical thinking skills to identify and source data, and distill information effectively to different target audiences
- Collaborate closely with various teams throughout the organization including Accounting, Compliance, Energy Management, Human Resources, Investment Team, Legal, Operations, etc.
- Maintain the integrity of CRM systems and databases as well as improve their functionality – familiarity with Backstop and Intralinks is a plus
- Coordinate conference appearances and meeting logistics
- Maintain website – basic knowledge of Wordpress is a plus
- Develop content for social media such as Twitter/X, LinkedIn, website blogs, etc.
- Develop and track various data metrics and other support materials
- Assist with press releases and support materials for various business groups
We want you on our team because you…
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (coursework in marketing, math, finance, accounting, communications/writing is highly desirable)
- Have 7-10 years of experience in a supervisory role within financial services (preferably related to private equity or hedge funds) with a focus on marketing/project management or client support
- Are curious by nature and have an advanced capacity to learn quickly and apply knowledge through different mediums
- Have excellent communication skills – writing is a significant component of this role
- Are good with numbers and spreadsheets with excellent analytical skills
- Are a critical thinker with the ability to interpret data and solve problems
- Are highly organized and detail oriented
- Are able to work on a number of simultaneous projects and can manage shifting priorities in a demanding environment
- Like being creative
- Enjoy taking the initiative and being part of a small team
- Possess strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; familiarity with Backstop, Intralinks, Canva, Vimeo, Wordpress is a plus
