Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Vice President orSenior Vice President that is looking for a new role in private credit Investor Relations. This role will focus on managing the existing Investor Relationships and recurring client facing deliverables. Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with client related responses for RFP and DDQ requests
- Manage a database of approved responses for use in client requests and formal diligence processes
- Maintain recurring client facing materials to ensure for accuracy and compliance with timely review and updates
- Coordinate with key groups across JCP around fund launch materials to ensure timely and complete materials suite to support fundraising efforts
- Provide quality control for junior team deliverables
- Review pitchbooks and prospective client material for correspondence with institutional investors
- Assist with key client relationships as needed
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as needed
- Lead quarterly and annual reporting process across commingled funds and separate accounts
Qualifications:
- Prior role(s) in Investor Relations or client service
- 5+ years experience at a private credit-focused asset manager working in an Investor Relations capacity
- Fluency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Excellent reporting and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments in an agile team
- Quick learner with a capacity to pivot quickly
- Must have a great attitude and be team oriented
- Interest in being part of a growing alternative investment platform
- Outstanding writing and presentation skills and ability to communicate product-level details in a clear and sophisticated manner
- Unquestionable integrity and ethics
The salary range for this role is $200,000 - $300,000.
