Job Description
You will provide the necessary direction to manage the daily and ongoing tasks that arise within our Trauma Services team known as Moving Beyond Trauma (MBT). You will provide administrative supervision, program oversight, and leadership to your team that provide services to our clients with serious psychiatric or substance abuse concerns. You will report to the Director of Moving Beyond Trauma (MBT). You will work onsite in Layfette, CO.

What we need for this job:
Masters' degree Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related area
Licensed PsyD, Licensed Clinical Social worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT)
Three (3+) years of experience, including management and supervisory roles in health care and systems implementation
