The Manager, Talent Acquisition Marketing Programs is responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition Marketing Programs function, building sourcing strategies, supporting Talent Acquisition Partners in achieving Panda's annual Operations staffing goals. This position develops resources to support the attraction, candidate experience and overall onboarding of Operations talent. The Manager, Talent AcquisitionsMarketing Programs drives initiatives that increase and maintain Panda's strong employment brand. This position leads a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, training and developing team members to elevate their performance. This position may travel to other locations to provide in-person recruitment support to Operations and/or to assist/train Talent Acquisition team members.
You'll get a chance to:
- Responsible for HR recruiting marketing communications for Operations.
- Drive initiatives that increase and maintain a strong employment brand awareness.
- Partner with Marketing, PR/Communications, and HR teams to maintain and continually evolve the company's employment value and achieve its goal of being an employer of choice.
- Review current recruiting marketing practices and programs, including technology (Paradox, Workday, etc.), to identify areas for improvement.
- Test and experiment with new Operations recruiting marketing practices.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to improve employment brand awareness
- identify and implements strategies that increase and maintain a strong employment brand.
- Responsible for the recruitment metrics by analyzing the research and trends to elevate productivity, observe competitor activities, drive recruitment messaging, and stay up to date on industry trends for employer branding campaigns.
- Responsible for day-to-day Talent Acquisition Field Operations Recruitment Marketing: content scheduling, community engagement, content strategy and creation, and reporting and data analytics.
- Lead a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, training and developing team members to elevate their performance.
- Partner with Marketing and Talent Acquisition leadership team to build process and create solutions to address hiring needs (i.e., hiring campaigns, on-site events, University Relations, and other ad hoc TA Programs or Projects needed).
- Oversee the Field Talent Acquisition Marketing budget, reviewing invoices, providing analytical view of the Talent Acquisition spend, and providing recommendations/solutions to maximize ROI to the Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Collaborates with HR and Operations leadership on recruiting efforts and results. Prepares and provides reports on recruitment outcomes. Conducts on-site meetings as required.

Qualifications:
Your background and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field required
- Minimum five years of increasing management responsibility for field recruiting or program/project management in a retail restaurant/hospitality environment
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
