About the role
As a People Experience Manager, you'll partner with employees across the company to help create compelling employee experiences that not only help attract talent, but also retain and preserve our people. You'll do this by partnering with leaders across the company to gain buy-in and support while routinely connecting with employees across the company to welcome different perspectives, feedback, and suggestions. You'll also manage a small team across multiple locations to execute on the People Experience strategy as well as the daily maintenance and upkeep of our offices. The ultimate goal for the People Experience Manager is to drive towards a workplace culture that builds a sense of empowerment, feeling of appreciation, and ability to do meaningful and interesting work at Wonder. Responsibilities include:
- EMPLOYEE DRIVEN EVENTS - build onsite programs, events, and team building exercises
- EMPLOYEE PROGRAMS – maintain and continue building out employee centered programs that drive engagement such as employee recognition programs, milestone rewards, and values and behaviors
- EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATIONS – manage our employee facing communications, intranet and digital screens to help amplify the voices and experiences of our people, while keeping them informed
- CHAMPION DIBS – carry out our diversity and inclusion efforts by bringing people together through activations, and creating visibility and awareness around important efforts that help foster inclusivity and belongingness
- WORKPLACE MANAGEMENT – oversee and manage our main office spaces in NYC and New Jersey, inclusive of security, reception and office management, ensuring for a great physical place for our employees to work out of
The experience you have
- People management experience supported by at least 2 years of directly managing others
- Ability to work cross functionally and with leaders to gain buy-in around changes and introduction of new initiatives
- Strong ability to build relationships, and consensus with people throughout the company
- Experience building out a roadmap of priorities that are directly linked to key business objectives
- Internal communications experience drafting written and visual content tailored to specific user groups

Base Salary: $120,750
