• 2-3 years of work experience in aviation or hospitality industry client facing role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and occasional on call
• Must be able to qualify for an Airport Operations Area ID
Main Responsibilities
• Working directly with high net worth clients providing concierge type support, information gathering, problem solving and pro-active problem avoidance.
• Plan and coordinate logistics of all aspects of domestic and international client trips
• Prepare domestic and international itineraries for clients; trip times, airport selection, FBO coordination and transportation on behalf of our clients
• Handle high volume email with acknowledgments in a timely fashion.
• Closely collaborate with crew, maintenance, and operations to safely execute each flight within government and company guidelines.
• Provide high-touch, professional customer service through proper business etiquette and decorum upon every interaction, internally and externally.
• Assist client catering and ground transportation, as requested.
• Adhere to and be familiar with specific client requirements when planning trips and for communication with client, maintaining client profiles in planning systems.
• Review all flight details, coordinate with dispatch operations reviews as necessary, to have trip ready for release by Flight Control department.
• Collect, research, and analyze data as needed to complete the planning aspects of any trip and provide complete and pertinent information to the client and other departments

Requirements
Qualifications:
• Dispatcher experience a plus.
• Must have an associate degree or 2 years of relevant work experience, in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in Corporate Flight Operations Part 91 / 135 preferred.
• Candidates must be a team-oriented player and be available for after-hours and weekend call duty.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required along with experience in Excel, Word and other software tools.
• Experience with aircraft scheduling software a plus.
• Capacity to adapt to a challenging and fast-moving environment.
