We are seeking an experienced Project Management professional to join our leadership team. This is a hands-on position that will oversee all aspects of our Project Management team and its’ core function of providing a consistently stellar customer experience related to the coordination and scheduling of medical equipment deliveries and installations. Key responsibilities include: hiring, training, process design and implementation, workload allocation as well as overall support for the PM team members. This position can be branch based or remote and will report to the Director of Service Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all functions of Project Management department
- Hiring and training of PM team members
- Assist Project Managers as needed on large projects or when out of the office
- Perform and provide support for issue investigation, mitigation and remediation
- Ensure that PM team members are communicating to customers and internal departments in effective and timely manner
- Maintain frequent communication with key internal departments including: Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Direct to Site delivery and service teams, Warehousing, leadership and executive teams
- Develop, implement, and administer processes, procedures and key performance indicators (KPI’s)
- Performs all duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or related field or combination of education and work experience
- 3 years of progressive responsibility in Project Management or related experience
- 3 years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with all levels of employees, management and customers across multiple departments within and outside the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in working within a business ERP and Project Management software platform
- Experience using Microsoft Suite of products (Experienced in Excel and Outlook)
- Healthcare supply chain experience a plus
- Ability to have flexible hours as the conditions dictate
