The Project Manager/Risk Analyst is a professional responsible for overseeing and managing a set of related projects within the organization and interfacing with the customer to ensure tasks are carried out to the customer’s requirements. This position is responsible for communicating high-level tasks to staff, managing contractual communications between the customer and corporate stakeholders, and managing administrative and operational tasks for staff. Additionally, this role is critical in assessing and mitigating risks associated with natural disasters, security threats, and other emergencies in the state of Hawaii and may interface with first responders. position is responsible for the timely completion of projects, quality of projects, reporting on program status to all stakeholders, and completion of any other tasks assigned by the customer. The role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills throughout all levels of corporate and government staff, and project management skills.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Geospatial Analysis, Intelligence, or All Hazards Emergency Response. This role will be vital in safeguarding the integrity of our judiciary processes and ensuring the safety of our facilities and personnel.

Requirements:

Risk Assessment and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, utilizing geospatial intelligence and emergency response data and tools.
  • Analyze threats and vulnerabilities to judiciary personnel, facilities, and operations.
  • Develop and maintain risk models using advanced analytical techniques.

Emergency Response Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive emergency response plans for natural disasters, security threats, and other potential emergencies.
  • Coordinate with local, state, and federal emergency response agencies.
  • Provide guidance on emergency preparedness and response strategies.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources, including satellite imagery, open-source intelligence, and emergency response records.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for judiciary leadership.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging threats.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including judiciary staff, law enforcement agencies, and emergency response teams.
  • Facilitate communication and information sharing among different departments and external agencies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure their expectations align with the program's goals.
  • Effective communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Reporting and Communication:

  • Provide regular updates to executives and stakeholders on program status.
  • Prepare and present reports detailing progress, challenges, and solutions.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team leads and team members.
  • Delegate tasks and projects in alignment with team member expertise.

Training and Development:

  • Conduct training sessions for subordinate team and judiciary staff on risk management and emergency response procedures.
  • Stay abreast of latest developments in geospatial analysis, intelligence gathering, and emergency response techniques.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Geospatial Sciences, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a risk analysis role with a focus on geospatial analysis, intelligence, or emergency response.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in GIS software and other risk assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • DoD Top Secret Clearance or the eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
  • Knowledge of Hawaiian culture and geography is a plus.

ENDICTUS Benefits:
