Flooring Field Supervisor/Project Manager

IMPORTANT: PRIOR FLOORING PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED!

Hadinger Flooring of Naples is looking for a Field Supervisor/Project Manager to oversee installations and verify deadlines are being met.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as the “go to” person for all aspects related to the installation - e.g. timelines, changes, issues, management, etc.
• Coordinate project inspections with the Installation department
• Design accurate floor preparation estimates prior to installations
• Communicate with installers, customers and Installation Department to ensure projects are completed to company standards, reflecting quality workmanship
• Collect payments as needed upon completion of installations
• Complete final inspection of all installs coordinating any repairs as needed
• Support installation team as needed for measurements and small repairs
• Maintain a positive relationship with members of all departments within the organization
• Ensure all timelines and deadlines are met as promised
• Assist the Installation Manager with additional duties as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Excellent math and planning capabilities
• Excellent problem solving, customer service, and computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, email and internet functions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience working with installers and crews; Familiarity with the construction/ flooring industry is preferred
• Must be dependable and reliable!

MUST be able to pass a background and drug screen.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
