Infrastructure Architecture Manager will be tasked with overseeing the deployments of code within the Gladiator team. In this role, you will work closely with a talented and multifaceted team of DevOps engineers, release managers, product managers, and systems/network administrators. You will also work closely with third party vendors while integrating their services within our environment. The ideal candidate can take a granular view of any of the multiple technologies in the environment and also see the big picture of how all the pieces fit together.

This position will be filled to work at remotely within the U.S.

The target salary range for this position is $102,000 - $140,000, based on location and experience.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Oversee the identification, design, and proposal of complex infrastructure solutions and services to solve project and/or business needs.
• Lead the innovation, proposals, proofs, and designs of new architecture or technologies or for the improvement of existing systems and applications.
• Manage the development and definition of the infrastructure standards, processes, systems architecture, and design patterns to support business.
• Define and refine the methodology and standards for setup and design of Infrastructure to meets the needs of the business and external customers.
• Oversee the maintenance of in-depth documentation of activities and system configuration.
• Oversee network disaster recovery initiatives and implementation of solutions to streamline disaster recovery.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, server, storage, network infrastructure, or architecture.
• A minimum of 1 year of staff management experience in a team lead role or above.
• Cloud infrastructure experience.
• Experience with deployment of software, managing remote systems, infrastructure evolution, or vendor relations.
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
• Positive outlook and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.

What would be nice for you to have:

• Experience with Octopus Deploy, ElasticSearch, Docker, SQL, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SIEM technologies.
• Experience leading a team to cloud migration.
• Experience with monitoring software.
• Experience with disaster recovery exercises.
• Experience delivering technical presentations.
