RemoteCollins Aerospace is looking for a Sr. Integrated Program Scheduler to join our team in Cedar Rapids, IA! This position offers an opportunity to grow technically and be part of a strong team. In this role, you would be part of a team of analysts, providing for program performance through detailed analysis and business insight to assist in program decisions. This position interacts with all elements of Collins Aerospace Mission Systems, including Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Contracts and Operations and is therefore an excellent position for those who want to be an integral part of a team that is directly responsible for program execution. As an Integrated Program Planning & Control (IPP&C) Scheduler, you will be responsible for development, integration, analysis, documentation, and presentation of process plans and schedules for the duration of a contract. This role may be eligible for relocation. Position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting scheduling activities of programs which are moderate to high risk and complexity.
- Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure the contractual, cost and schedule objectives are met (working closely with cost analyst) -- Arranges modifications as required
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of a variety of factors.
- Has ability to develop management information from the IMS to include corrective action, critical path analysis, performance tracking and reporting.
- Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
- Prepares, develops, and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet program objectives.
- Ensures major projects are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, etc
- Tracks plans and schedules, solicits regular updates, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts.
- Generation of strawman IMP/IMS models working independently from Proposal (RFP_ documents, such as the statement of work (SOW), and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs))
- Verify all WBS items are accounted for in the IMS
- Confirm all deliverables in statement of work are planned adequately. Ensure key decisions and roles & responsibilities are documented.
- Work in parallel with the cost analyst of the program to ensure the cost and schedule are reconciled.
- Application of company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure plans and schedules are in compliance.
- May have less than <10% travel domestic
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/ Experience Needed:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
- Experience with integrated schedules and logic networks using Microsoft Project software. Background with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Experience in schedule risk assessment process (SRA) and be able to complete an SRA
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
- Experience with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software (SAP, Cobra, EVMS forProject, etc) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of Schedule Risk Assessments
- Program controls and EVMS background
- Good analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Understanding of Continuous Improvement concepts
- Ability to travel
- Ability to obtain security clearance

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
