Position & Purpose Summary

The Integrated Marketing Manager at AVIA is a key player in our dynamic team, focused on crafting and executing targeted go-to-market materials. In this role, you will delve deep into understanding the impact of various marketing programs, strategies, messaging, and content throughout the customer journey. Your primary goals will be to accelerate purchasing decisions and support the complete customer lifecycle and to support the continuous presence of our expertise and insights in the market.
Your Zone of Genius will be...
    • Developing and executing Integrated Marketing communication strategies tailored for each customer segment, emphasizing customer engagement, acquisition, and retention. Competencies should be well-rounded for copywriting, basic design (e.g., Canva), and social media. 
    • Leading the planning and execution of end-to-end cross-touchpoint marketing plans, utilizing paid, owned, and earned channels for new customer acquisition, retention, and account-based marketing. Defining KPIs and monitoring performance in Pardot and CRM. 
    • Establishing transparent communications and providing ongoing direction and governance in Integrated Marketing programs for the broader team. Collaborating effectively with both internal and external partners.
    • Serving as point-of-contact for marketing requests, both internal and external. Triaging requests and coordinating action plans. 
    • Providing internal design and copywriting support to team members (e.g., delivery team slide decks, etc.), as needed. 
    • Directing efforts of contractors/agencies
    • Upholding team and brand standards in all media.
Minimum Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 5+ years of experience working in a marketing department, either in-house or with an agency supporting corporate clients.
    • Previous experience in the healthcare industry necessary, with the primary customer as a health system, payer, or life sciences a plus. 
    • Experience with marketing strategies and digital marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce). 
    • Familiarity with, and interest in growing proficiency in, digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Experience coordinating multichannel campaigns and developing the marketing materials to support those campaigns (including sales enablement, social, thought leadership, email, etc.). 
    • Basic design skills for marketing collateral (e.g., Canva or other).
    • Highly collaborative team player with a passion for marketing, innovation, and creative excellence.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • High attention to detail.Data-driven and creative, with the ability to balance the two for maximum results.
Preferred Skills:
    • Understanding of SEO principles. Ability to design, execute, and iterate on SEO strategies.
    • Strong analytic skills with the ability to draw meaningful insights from the metrics to inform current and future strategies.
