Bally’s Corporation has two rapidly growing sports content brands, Stadium and Bally Live. Stadium is an interactive sports network (OTT, Digital, Mobile) with a unique mix of high-end produced linear sports content and full fan interactivity via chat, games, rewards, and more. Bally Live (Digital, Mobile) is a destination to watch live sports like MiLB, Poker, PFL, and more with the same interactivity focus as Stadium. Both brands share a rewards program and user authentication.
What about the role?
We are searching for an Integrated Marketing Coordinator to join our company. You will lead the sales marketing development strategy, its implementation, and integration. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the implementation of campaigns that will integrate advertising sales, social media marketing, and multi-platform partnerships.
As an Integrated Marketing Coordinator, you are required to have excellent communication, creative and analytical skills to be successful in the role. You should also have at least three years of experience in the same or similar roles and a proven track record of successful Integrated Marketing projects and campaigns.
What will you be doing?
- Shaping the strategic and execution vision for sales Marketing
- Tracking performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and finding new opportunity areas
- Leading the sales and marketing team to brainstorm new marketing ideas for digital, multi-platform and social media
- Ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned with the marketing campaigns and strategy
- Researching and monitoring market trends and data to find opportunities to increase sales
- Analyzing data to identify issues and develop solutions to fix them for sales
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any similar field
- 3–4 years of experience in Advertising, or Marketing
- Experience working as a Marketing Coordinator or a similar role
- Expertise in strategy development of marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage complex and multi-channel campaigns

Salary Range: $35,000-$50,000 plus a yearly bonus.
