Duties:
- Guarantee satisfaction and value for our customers

- Supervise the team to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
- Communicate effectively with the District Manager and sales team, informing and updating them regularly to guarantee that production, sales, and customer objectives are met.
- Follow SOPs and procedures outlined in all company manuals and handbooks. Ensure company policies & procedures are followed.
- Meet all customer commitments through the production of timely, efficient, and high-quality products and services.
- Ensure each team member feels their work is valued, appreciated, and meaningful to the success of the company.
Responsible for:
- Responsible for overall quality control process by ensuring inspection of all materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
- Responsible for all building maintenance.
- Comply with all paperwork and reporting requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe store.
- Take necessary actions to manage production costs, control waste, and improve profitability.
- Ensure inventories are conducted and accurate records are maintained.
- Ensure preventative maintenance of all production equipment and company vehicles.
- Monitor all orders' quality, accuracy, and timeliness to ensure customer commitments are met or exceeded.
- May interview, hire, train, coach, and administer disciplinary action.
- Responsible for daily cash reports, turning in cash receipts, and complete end of day store business for corporate.
