AddressKohl’s is hiring a remote Manager of Factory Compliance to support our Global Trade Compliance (GTC) department! As Manager of Factory Compliance you will lead the development and implementation of strategies to ensure factories producing Kohl's merchandise comply with Kohl's Terms of Engagement and local regulations. You will also oversee the enhancement of supply chain sustainability initiatives and promote ethical sourcing practices.
What You'll Own:
Mentoring, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of compliance professionals.
Fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the compliance team.
Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product Development and Merchandising teams.
Collaborating with external partners and stakeholders to drive social compliance initiatives and best practices.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the Factory Compliance function.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to streamline compliance processes and mitigate risks.
Overseeing and managing Kohl’s social compliance program, ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols.
Developing and implementing training programs to enhance awareness of social compliance issues among internal and external stakeholders.
Who You Are:
You have a 4-year degree in a related field, or equivalent experience and are passionate about aiding business partners in making well-informed decisions and executing efficient strategies.
