We’re seeking a Sales Engineer to support our Operations and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience working as a mechanical or chemical engineer and a passion for working directly with the customer. The role requires a candidate who has excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills for working with a team to interpret large amounts of data. This is a customer-centric role, working to translate technical requirements into customer solutions and business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Take an active role in prospecting for new business
• Lead a technician team to install/disassemble the equipment in the field and ensure all operations are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards
• Conduct failure analysis and develop countermeasures for project problems
• Responsible for managing projects, and providing cost estimates to support our operations
• Provide sales and/or operations assistance on any account as requested by the Operations Manager or Sales Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Partner with Sales & Operations to manage customer engagement and support roadmaps

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Sales or Direct customer experience a plus
• Experience in the oil/gas or manufacturing industry (Desirable but not essential)
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles (Preferred) • Strong leadership skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
• Willing to travel as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
