Details:
Manager Enterprise Applications - SAP to $160,000 full suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and more.   • Supervise and lead teams to consistently deliver SAP solutions that support Our client strategic goals and objectives, effective time management of self and subordinates.
  • Actively promote a continuous improvement philosophy in the team
  • Work to identify potential issues or concerns before they impact the business. As issues are identified, support the team and business to minimize their impact and establish corrective actions to prevent repeat occurrences.
  • Operate as an internal consultant and thought leader with IT professionals and business users. Work with both groups to ensure project objectives are well defined, tracked, and completed on schedule.
  • Review and dispatch support requests/tickets to appropriate team members
  • Analyze process change requests / new process development requests for form, fit, and function within SAP systems.
  • Take a leading role in ensuring the smooth integration and rollout of systems by coordinating closely with the affected functional areas.
  • Provide and transfer functional and process knowledge by keeping current on various published materials and training outlets.
  • Responsible for translating the user's functional specifications into a technical specification on which the new configuration will be based.
  • Provide support to key users in the areas of localizing detailed designs, process documentation, data cleansing and migration, user acceptance training, end-user training, and 'go-live' support.
  • Develop and Create process documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with IT and Business Leaders to build IT Roadmap and Strategies
  • Collaborate with IT and Business Leaders for support, upgrade, and modernization of SAP and Enterprise systems.
  • Develop, Create, and Manage Department and Project Budgets
  • Manage suppliers and 3rd party engagements to ensure objectives and budgets are met.
  • Engage with and support GHQ initiatives related to the Enterprise Applications space.
  • Coordinate with peers in other RHQs on issues related to the Enterprise Applications space.
  • Monthly KPI, Project Status, and other reporting as required.
  • Function as an emergency First Responder per WVSM
  • Multitask to manage and deliver on multiple, concurrent, highly visible projects supporting business units; ability to successfully manage cross-project dependencies and accurately report status on all such projects to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent organization, planning, and administration skills; Demonstrate highly tactful and diplomatic communication skills.
  • Adapt to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel as required, up to 20%
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, which include IATF, ISO, ISMS, and Safety related policies.
  • Special project coordination assigned by management.
  • Cross-train with and provide training for other IT associates.
  • General housekeeping duties.
  • Overtime as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Math, Management Information Systems, or an equivalent discipline such as Engineering, Data Science, etc, is acceptable.
  • Other degrees with exceptional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the Bachelor's requirement.
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in IT/IS with three years of demonstrated solid performance in a role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex system implementations.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of prior SAP functional/technical / consulting experience in SAP ECC, including knowledge and problem-solving skills related to one or more SAP functional work streams such as Record to Report, Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Supply Chain Execution and Planning, Logistics, and Manufacturing
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years prior supervisory experience required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct research into system issues, business requests, new or existing software and products as required.
  • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, multi-cultural, collaborative environment.
  • Strong understanding of systems development lifecycle and system implementation methodologies
  • Strong understanding of and demonstrable experience in project management disciplines
  • Two years of Department and project budget creation and management utilizing a Portfolio approach
  • Ability to influence decision-makers at senior levels to transform, modernize and streamline legacy business processes.

Consultative Leadership, Project Management, and Hands-on Integration: As an internal consultant and thought leader, how have you worked with IT professionals and business users to ensure well-defined, tracked, and on-schedule project objectives? Provide specific examples of your hands-on involvement in system integration, rollout coordination, and SAP configuration.
  5. Budget Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Technical Supplier Oversight: Discuss your experience in creating and managing department and project budgets, especially within SAP and IT projects. How do you engage with IT and Business Leaders to build IT Roadmaps and Strategies, and how have you overseen technical aspects of suppliers and 3rd party engagements, including hands-on configuration oversight, to ensure objectives and budgets are met?
