- Directs and oversees clinics, coordinator/lead and provider performance as relates to:
- Service Excellence - Achieving optimum patient, staff and physician satisfaction through effective communication, process development and implementation, high quality of care.
- Operational Excellence - Achieving targeted performance outcomes by ensuring maximized access to care; strong visit/WRVU volumes; strong financial performance (flexing staff, managing overtime, controlling cost/waste, POS collections); highest possible referral outcomes; operational efficiencies and high-level provider engagement; oversight of timely medical record completion.
- Implementing and ensuring the success of clinic processes leading to quality outcomes as related to defined population health initiatives with the aim to improve the overall health of the communities we serve.
- Project Management
- Energizing healers to function at a high level of efficiency
- Functions in a managerial role.
- Utilize month-end financial and biweekly productivity reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Meets with coordinators and providers to discuss individual and clinic productivity and assists in the development of action plans to meet and exceed performance standards and productivity benchmarks.
- Oversees action plan progress.
- Collaborates with property owners, architect and the engineering department for the successful completion of projects on schedule and to budget (plan design, furnishings, equipment, supplies, etc.)
- Work with Physician Services to ensure up-to-date physician privileges, assist the billing company with any credentialing needs and facilitate new physician transition into the clinic setting.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational budget and clinical benchmarks.
- Attend and participate in monthly Managers Council and Management Team meetings, weekly departmental meeting and scheduled inter-departmental meetings (to include web and telephone attendance as necessary.)
- Assist with developing annual clinic budgets.
- Reviews and responds to variance reports.
- Utilize project management software for proper tracking and communication related to assignments.
- Bachelor's degree required (or in the process of completing a Bachelor's degree within two years).
- 3 years leadership experience plus 4 or more years of experience in a clinical setting experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrates Problem Solving and Conflict Management Skills.
- Identifies and analyzes problems or potential problematic situations and distinguishes between relevant and irrelevant information to construct logical solutions for the best possible outcome.
- Exercises good judgment by making timely, well-informed and effective decisions even when data is limited or solutions produce unpleasant consequences.
- Manages and resolves conflict and disagreements in a positive and constructive manner, coaching coordinator to effective resolution.
- Positively addresses patient complaints or concerns and reports any serious or unresolved issues to the Clinic Director.
Compensation/Benefits
- $36.63-$59.83/hr depending on previous work experience.
