We are seeking a Manager of Ortho Central Clinic Operations. From the high school athlete who tears an ACL to the retiree who needs a knee replacement, Ortho Central is here for each and every one of our patients. Our expert team includes seven orthopedic surgeons, two sports medicine physicians, physical therapists, and workers’ compensation specialists. Ortho Central has four convenient locations in central Oklahoma: Midwest City, Tri City, Ortho Central at YFAC and our office in Norman. Our skilled providers can evaluate and treat a wide range of orthopedic injuries including sports-related fractures, foot and ankle surgery, and hip, knee and shoulder reconstructive surgery.
Responsibilities:- This leadership role oversees operations and productivity of Ortho Central Clinics that are part of the Norman Regional Health System.
- Directs and overees clinics, coordinate/lead and provider performance as relates to:
- Service Excellence - Achieving optimum patient, staff and physician satisfaction through effective communication, process development and implementation, high quality of care.
- Operational Excellence - Achieving targeted performance outcomes by ensuring maximized access to care; strong visit/RVU volumes; strong financial performance (staffing, managing overtime, controlling cost/waste); highest possible referral outcomes; operational efficiencies and high-level provider engagement; oversight of timely medical record completion.
- Clinical Excellence - Achieving high clinical outcomes in assigned clinics by ensuring clear articulation of expectations, proper assessment of clinical skills and competencies and adequate ongoing training of staff and providers as needed; regular review of real-time patient satisfaction surveys; providing feedback for improvement in a timely manner and required follow-up for sustainability; strengthening patient safety through consistent compliance with all EOC equirements; strong clinic engagement in population health and wellness initiatives.
- Team Excellence- Strengthening team engagement by ensuring timely completion of performance evaluations, adequate level of employee recognition, completion of initial and ongoing training, communication and enforcement of all NRHS and NRC policies, interviews, selects and hires the most appropriate candidates and assists in the hiring process at the clinic when necessary. Assists in the positive discipline process when required. Ensures regular meetings are conducted for effective two-way communication.

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent job-related experience required
- A minimum of 2 years management in a clinic setting required
Compensation/Benefits
- $33.87-$53.31/hr depending on previous work experience.
