Daily Work Routine:
- Side Duties 30-45 min per shift.
- Serve guests following KOROMO's Encore Service Steps.
- Handle guest check transactions, close bills with cash, credit and account payments.
- Balance sales report at end of shift.
- Be focused on exceeding guest expectations of a great meal experience.
- Maintaining an organized, clean and sanitary work station.
- Follow company, Serve Safe & State Dept of Health best practices for food safety & hygiene.
Server Hourly Pay $14.00 (Minimum Wage Less Tip Credit - $12.75)
(Plus approx $15 to $25 per hour in net tips, depending on sales and shifts worked, higher tips on weekend shifts) Servers are required to pool a percentage of sales into service staff and kitchen tip pools recognizing the contribution those departments play in overall guest service.
Typical shifts at 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 9:30PM ~10:30PM
Current TB clearance and proof of HepA vaccination needed upon hire.
