Norman Regional's Endocrine Para/Thyroid Center is dedicated to the treatment of patients with endocrine related diseases and disorders. Our highly skilled teams strives to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:- Functions in a leadership role to oversee the operations and productivity of 3 or more clinic locations/areas of responsibility and/or 6+ medical providers.
Education
- Bachelors Degree required in business or clinical related field; or Associates Degree in business or clinical related field and willingness to earn Bachelors Degree in business or clinical related field within five years of hire.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience with 3 years in a clinic setting preferred.
(Above requirements can be met by equivalent combination of education and experience)
Compensation/Benefits
- $36.63-$59.83/hr depending on previous work experience.
