As the Manager of Corrections, you would be responsible for the performance of the team and the day-to-day operation. You will contribute to the development of short-term and long-term strategies and be responsible for managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual targets set for the teams and use KPIs to effectively manage.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Drive performance metrics, such as out of period adjustments and reduction in repetitive corrections.
- Analyze data and summarize findings and make recommendations to leadership.
- Data analysis and reporting to ensure service level agreement commitments are achieved.
- Partner with IT on system enhancements and new technology.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Level of discretionary decision making in area of responsibility.
- Creates documentation of processes and procedures for standardization.
- Use KPI's to effectively manage the team's performance.
- Understands the risk of decisions that may impact other teams.
- Independent decision-making using knowledge of cross-functional operations.
- Manage system access roles, ensure proper roles are assigned, and review monthly for accuracy through a SOX audit check off.
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
- 5 years of relevant experience
It'd be great if you also have:
- 2 years of previous manager experience within LTL, freight transportation, logistics or supply chain environment
- 3 years of previous manager experience.
- Highly organized and proven ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Proven ability to communicate, written and verbal, with all levels of management.
- Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers.
- Extensive knowledge of order to cash systems.
- Ability to evaluate business processes and implement change.
- Ability to read and interpret contracts.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate responsibilities to meet commitments.
- Experience with technology implementation and UAT is preferred.
- Occasional travel (10%) is required.
