Management Duties include:
- Excellent Customer Service!
- Product Making, Oven-Tending and Quality Control
- Direct Employees on Shift
- Cost Control for Labor and Food
- Prep and Clean-up Work
- Training New Employees
- Taking Deliveries as necessary
Management TraineesStart between $13-$16 per hour depending on experience and availability. Additional raises based on progress through our General Management Training Program and Performance. After completing our GMIT program, you will become an Operations Manager and will be in consideration for a General Manager position. 50 Hours/week available for qualifed team members. Delivery hours may also be available as management is expected to assist with deliveries when necessary.
