Housekeeping inspector for Vacation Rental Company

Part time, days vary *weekends a must during peak season

Qualifications:

-Cleaning/inspecting experience: 1 year preferred

-Must be able to perform light housekeeping duties where needed

-Lift up to 50 lbs., change a lightbulb and perform light maintenance as needed

-Climb flights of stairs

-Maintain property decor and placement

-Basic decor staging knowledge

-Highly detailed

-Excellent time management

-Ability to multitask

-Exhibits positive attitude

-Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license and a safe driving record

-Must have smartphone and be proficient with Apps

-Work weekends and Holidays a must

-Able to perform TV and internet connection checks

-Authorize and pass background check

Candidates must have a flexible schedule and weekend availability will be required, especially during peak seasons and holidays.
