Job Description:
We want to add a motivated and personable employee to our insurance agency who is seeking a new opportunity with unlimited room for growth. The ideal candidate for our Management Trainee position has the strong leadership skills it takes to guide a team to success.
No experience in the insurance field is required.
In this position, you will be providing our benefits to the workforce, throughout the state of Georgia, with our provided leads. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for recruiting to helping grow our agency, managing a sales team and tracking their daily activity, as well as researching new business opportunities. We are looking to hire immediately for this full-time position.
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their exact needs.
- Sales: Helping new representatives to present and sell our insurance products to new and existing clients.
- Team Building: Work closely with current management to achieve individual and team targets. In management training, you will also help with our recruiting process to build your own team.
- Training and Development: Benefit from constant training programs to enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:
- Driver’s License
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to work in the U.S
- Pass a background check
- Hold a valid Georgia Department of Insurance License or be willing to get licensed
- Again, no experience in this field is required, however a willingness to learn and develop is required
