Qualifications: GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing advice on processes, capability assessments, programs performance for assigned core programs that will impact public work footprint; 2) Applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and operations; 3) Planning, scheduling and conducting projects and studies to evaluate and make recommendation for process improvement; and 4) Utilizing automated office suite programs such as Microsoft Excel to develop, coordinate and prepare reports, graphs, charts to briefs and presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders.
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and operations; and 2) Conducting studies involving work methods and procedures of mission support function; and 3) Providing briefings on findings and recommendations of studies.
