The Enclave is a 635-bed premiere Student Housing, apartment community located near GVSU in Allendale, Michigan. We are seeking to hire a positive, dependable, detail-oriented individual for a full-time position in Maintenance. Qualified candidate(s) will be working in a hospitality environment and will need to provide superior customer service to all our residents. This position works in the maintenance department under the direct supervision of the Lead Service Technician and General Manager.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor & maintain cleanliness of interior & exterior of property to company’s standards;
- Ensure maintenance supplies & inventory are organized & stored to meet all safety standards;
- Perform routine preventative maintenance & suite inspections;
- Maintain & clean pool (during season) with utilizing chemicals in accordance with established safety procedures;
- Prepare apartments for make-ready turns & move-ins;
- Assist & complete general maintenance duties to company’s standards;
- Communicate with residents & coworkers with courtesy & professionalism;
- Provide 24-Hour emergency “on-call” service on a rotating basis with other maintenance staff.

Eligible for all benefits on the 1st day of the month following 60-days of employment. Work schedule could vary Monday – Saturday from 8:00am – 5:00pm.
