Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Basic to advanced electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge
• Minimum of 3 years apartment maintenance experience
• A strong eye for detail; our communities and ready apartment homes must be immaculate to company standard at all times. "Inspect what you expect"
• Must be a proven leader and professionally represent the community and company at all times
• Strong in organization and time-management skills.
• Excellent customer service and positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to ensure the completion of market-ready apartments efficiently to company standard
• Previous multifamily and/or construction experience
• Ability to travel to different locations as needed to assist in the day-to-day maintenance needs of our communities
