SalaryA Cooperative Townhome Housing Communities located in Romulus, Michigan is hiring for experienced maintenance staff to assist with the day to day operations and management of the property. This is 379 Unit Multifamily community. Multifamily housing maintenance experience with daily work orders, unit turnover, snow plowing, heating & cooling, plumbing, electrical repairs, on call rotation, and other service request required. Certifications and licenses are a plus.
Ability to ensure inventory control, customer service and good communication skills required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
