Immediate need for Maintenance Supervisor (Luxury Apartments experience is required) seeking someone who effectively leads and manages all maintenance functions with a great benefits package and featured a well respected organization. Needs prior luxury property management experience, must be deadline driven and possess a roll up your sleeves mentality will all be keys to success in this growing, prestigious, well-known organization. Will be responsible for leading property inspections and vendors, working supervisor responding to property emergencies and managing and executing submitted work orders and apartment turns for Real Estate/Property Management company.
