Our Hoosier location at Plymouth, IN is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

The primary responsibilities are the management of Plant and Equipment corrective maintenance, scheduled maintenance, and project maintenance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Direct Supervision, responsibility for and management of the Maintenance Group Leaders and Hourly Maintenance Personnel.
- Ensure the achievement of maintenance targets according to internal and external customer expectations.
- Will have active participation in the hiring, promotion, training, discipline, and termination of all hourly maintenance employees.
- Co-ordinate, schedule and supervise overtime, weekend, and holiday work schedules.
- Aid CMM Administrator by initiating and maintaining the data integrity of maintenance records for:
- Preventive Maintenance Schedules
- Work Order Requests, Repairs and Completions
- Spare Parts Inventory, Availability and Usage
- Hourly Employee Time spent on tasks.
- Predictive Maintenance Tasks
- Inventory, Upkeep, Storage and Replacement of Maintenance Tools and Test Equipment.
- Work together with the Maintenance Staff to prioritize repairs and provide skilled labor for Plant Engineering Upgrades and New Projects.
- Use the equipment histories to evaluate and improve the preventive maintenance procedures.
- Work at the floor level directing the work, training, and responding to needs of the maintenance employees.
- Direct/Delegate all Emergency Breakdowns and Scheduled Repair work as priority one, with an emphasis upon urgency and doing it correctly the first time.
- Provide timely feedback on all repairs, parts, labor hours and projects to appropriate personnel.
- Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by complying with corporate and governmental regulations as well as lean principles.
- Provide hourly performance feedback, developmental strategies, coaching and ensure training needs are met.
- Employee Relations skills are essential in this position; must be able to develop and maintain a relationship with hourly and salary associates.
- Flexibility to handle unexpected maintenance challenges.
- Thoroughness in documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated ability to lead.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Required computer skills include proficiency in Office 365 Tools, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in a maintenance leadership role.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software, computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) with 2 years of experience.
- Manufacturing automation and controls experience
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, preventive and predictive maintenance technologies, and condition monitoring and fixed time maintenance strategies
