Aegis Worldwide has partnered with a manufacturing company in the Berne, IN area! This company is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team and grow within their company.

Direct Hire

Pay: Up to $80,000

Shift: 2nd 2:00pm – 10:30pm

RESPOSIBILITIES

Daily Managing including but not limited to:

Supervision of Employees

Quality

Safety

Turnover

Sanitation

Cost-Containment / Efficiency of Materials

Management of Parts Room Activities

Training of Employees

Documentation in CMMS

Scheduling

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

2 year degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Maintenance or Technology

5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance with a food processing background

Knowledge of Industrial electrical systems, Welding, Boilers, Pneumatics and Hydraulics

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proactive problem-solver

Detail-oriented

Able to make decisions quickly

Progressive leadership and excellent supervisory skills
