Responsibilitiesand Duties: This is a maintenance position
Cleaning is required (sweeping, trash pickup, scrubbing, etc.)
- Highly appeasing individual with a service mentality
- Courteous and friendly
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to stand for long periods of time Able to drive a golf cart
Qualifications and Skills for Parking Facility Maintenance:
- 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferred
- High School education or equivalent
- Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language
