The Cortland Housing Authority has an opening for 2 full-time Maintenance Mechanic positions.
Must possess two years of full-time or its part-time equivalent experience of maintenance work in one or more of the standard trades such as carpentry, plumbing, heating, or electrical. This position requires a valid NYS Driver’s License. Salary is $36,000.00 annually plus weekly on-call compensation and overtime. We have an excellent Benefit Package which includes 80 % of Health and Dental paid by employer; clothing allowance; vision allowance; paid time off includes vacation, sick, personal, and floating holidays, along with major holidays. This position is in the New York State Retirement System.
