Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to address maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, CGMP, and FDA regulations
- Proficient in quality management and quality inspection processes
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers
- Ability to fabricate and repair mechanical components
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of QA/QC principles and practices

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
