Primarily, the Director of Operations is the key management position, responsible for meeting regularly with the Pastor to provide for the leadership of the parish, by understanding his professional needs and priorities, especially with regards to the role clarity, goal setting, and rhythm of meetings necessary to implement a compelling vision. Secondarily, this position is responsible for streamlining all essential, functional administrative aspects, which includes the various day-to-day demands of parish life, directly or by recruiting/training others to help.
