RESPONSIBILITIES OF MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT:

• Overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance
• Electrical/plumbing work
• Light construction
• Appliance installation
• Drywall patch/paint
• Coordinate scheduled service from outside vendors

REQUIREMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT:

• One (1) year of maintenance experience
