Van Driver/ Maintenance Assistant/Painter - Full Time with benefits

Grove Manor Estates is currently seeking a Full TimeFACILITIES MAINTENANCE Assistant / VAN DRIVER to join our team at Grove Manor, an Assisted Living community located in Braintree MA.

MUST HAVE Painting experience and ability!

Schedule is: Wednesday thru Sunday - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

You will perform Maintenance duties as needed anddrive our company Mini Bus for resident transportation. You must have a clean driving record and be over 25 years old!

A friendly, willing attitude is a must and an ability to interact with our senior residents.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be over 25 years old.
Must live within 20 minutes of the facility.
Must submit to pre-employment drug testing.
Must have a valid State of MA Driving License and clean driving record.
A CORI background check will also be required.
Must be available to work extra hours if necessary.

Salary based on experience.

You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Perform routine maintenance
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)

Qualifications:

• Painting experience a MUST
• Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Prior documented experience required
