Casa de Ramana is looking for a 16-24 hour Maintenace Assistant/Painter. We are located just off of Route 9. Great working environment.

EDUCATION
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. EXPERIENCE Minimum of 2 years physical plant and equipment maintenance experience in an institutional environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Knowledge of basic principles of preventative maintenance, mechanical functions and repairs, and grounds upkeep.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers.
- Proficient computer skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Will require the employee to sit, stand, bend, and reach, frequently during the day. Only moderate potential for exposure to blood and body fluids as well as air borne partials that could cause illness is found in this position. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is also noted and to carry items up to 100 yards.
