REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Weekly KPI reporting
SPECIFIC AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Handling all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain accurate records and databases for easy retrieval and tracking of mail.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of important documents.
- Complete work assigned each day accurately and promptly.
- Adhere to confidentiality protocols and legal guidelines when handling sensitive information.
- Monitor and ensure the firm is stocked with an appropriate volume of mailing supplies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle large quantities of incoming mail daily.
- Acceptance of signature packages.
- Ensure all signed mail deliveries are handled immediately and promptly.
- Open and sort all incoming mail in a timely manner.
- Identify and document all checks received.
- Sort the mail according to the appropriate individual or department.
- Look up cases in the Firm’s client management system.
- Scan mail to client files, if/when required
- Prepare and mail out marketing items, PIP demands, and the other divisions outgoing mail.
- Deliver evening mail to the post office, when necessary.
