CSS is working with a nationally ranked law firm seeking a detail oriented and enthusiastic Seasonal Mail Room Clerk to join the Richmond, TX location. This position is from December 18, 2023- February 23, 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Manages and distributes mail
- Receive, sort, and deliver mail to different departments
- Organizing incoming and outgoing mail and ensuring prompt delivery to recipients
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Data entry
- Ability to retain and follow detailed instructions
- Work in small confined area
- Team player
- Ability to learn and comprehend established office routines and policies from oral and written instructions
- Understanding of ethics-confidentiality issues
- Ability to push mail cart weighing approximately 100 lbs
